Teddy bear is a 2 year old male Bichon frise. He is very sweet and doesn't really bark. He was recently neutered so he would have fresh markings to indicate that. When he got loose he didn't have his collar on but had a white paper collar on from when we brought him home after his surgery. He is microchipped and he is a support animal.
