Riggs is a striped tabby he has white back paws with one back toe that is striped. He is a friendly happy boy that is fixed and chipped. He is just not happy being indoors all day every day. He goes for walks with us and our dog. We miss him like crazy. Never out for overnight. I hope someone has him and is safe.
