Tom has a black back with white and grey speckled stomach and legs. There’s a big white spot on his back and he has a black head with a white stripe down the middle that runs onto his nose. Tail has a white tip. He has a faded brown plaid collar with a blue tag and a bone-shaped tag that has his name and two contact phone numbers on it. He’s a very friendly dog and will likely come up to anyone. He’s very playful.
