Lost Budgie: Rosie Missing in Portage

This is Rosie. She flew out of our front door at 10 AM on Sunday, October 13th. She's a green and yellow budgerigar. She has a stripe of yellow across the center of her body, 1 black dot on each cheek, and a purple/pink ID band. She can be skittish and has never been out of the house before.
