He is fluffy and stocky, grey with white chest, stomach and white paws. He escaped from his harness and bolted into the forested area between NE Multnomah and the train tracks. Last seen near Timothy Sullivan apartments on NE Multnomah. He is friendly but likely very scared. He has FIV and asthma.
