Wandered into our rear parking lot. Kjellstrom and Lee on Ownby Lane near Hermitage Road in the Diamond District of Richmond VA. She is a ver sweet and friendly puppy. No collar. Definitely belongs to someone (has a faint odor of a flea collar, flea powder, maybe?). She sits on command. She's black with a wirey coat (could be a terrier mix, labradoodle-ish, Irish wolfhound?). We took her to the RACC at around 9:30 this morning (10-22-2026). I don't think she's been on her own for a long time. She was thirsty but otherwise she's in good shape. : )
