Black/white cat with face injury. Think it must be a missing pet that’s been lost for awhile. It will let people get close, just not too close. Have seen it in the past often enough that thought it must be a neighbor’s cat, but injuries haven’t been tended and can’t find owners. The cat is often seen hanging out on a vacant lot.
