Yorkie (not neutered, no chip) with a rubber/silicone collar came into my backyard today. Please call 510 589 5057 for more information. He was very scared and skiddish at first, but is becoming much more vocal and cuddly as he adjusts to being with me. Providence animal control was also called and they have a picture of him too.
