Chico is a chihuahua who is roughly 3-5 months old weighing about 8 pounds. He is tan with a white chest. Him and his sister got out and were picked up by someone who then took them to the Lowndes County Animal Shelter. My mother and I both spoke with multiple people at that shelter informing them that I would be coming to get them when my boyfriend got back in town at the end of the week. They never once told me that the end of the week would be too late, or that I could no longer come get them. They did however contact my mom almost 5 hours after they were brought in and did not say "I have your daughters dogs and every night they stay it'll be $80." They called her and informed her they were dropped off to them and that I need to surrender them that away they don't get put in general population and chance getting stick instead they can go ahead and put them up for adoption. Again, they knew I wanted to get them. They are chipped and the chip is registered. The animal shelter ended up contacting the Humane Society here in Valdosta, GA and they took Chico and his sister Sadie and sent them somewhere in Orlando, FL. I want them back, but I can not find them.
