Smokes is a neutered tabby male, his coat is marked in marbled instead of stripes, hes white underneath, chest and face, with a brown/tannish smudge around his nose. He was being taken to Berglund Center for Angel's clinic, upon getting him out of vehicle along with his brother, some dogs were barking close by, and instantaneous loud traffic from Orange Ave. He became extremely scared, managed to get free of his carrier and bolt.
