Phoebe is a Red Heeler who broke off her collar and leash in front of petsmart at the pinnacle promenade mall. She was last seen crossing the street new Hope from Walgreens heading behind citizens bank up towards the neighborhood up the hill. She has a Ginger coat with White/grey hairs down back. She is an anxious dog so she will be very nervous and scared but she is really sweet in reality
