Lost male dog, North 24th Street, 701, Rogers — white with black spots

This is my puppy Hagrid got away from me today, Sunday, around 8:15 PM near the Casey’s at 24th Street and Olive Street in rogers. He is a 7-month-old American Bully—white with black spots—and has a hairless birthmark on his neck/back. He was wearing a thin green-and-black camo harness and dragging a gray-and-black retractable leash. He is not microchipped and is afraid of loud noises.
