Brindle & white female Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull found in road wearing torn dog sweatshirt early am (close to dawn). Not recognized at nearby houses, vet said no chip. Dog seemed very anxious and clingy but friendly to humans and other dogs in neighborhood.
