The cat had a white underbelly and white front and back paws. The fur is a medium brownish greyish color with some stripes. The cat has big green eyes. I was at the Salem Oregon Riverfront Park (the one with the carousel) the night of 10/21/2025 and I saw the cat walking. I called it to me and it was very friendly and affectionate and appeared clean and healthy but cold. I have a video of the cat that could help better identify it as the picture I provided is a screenshot of the cat from that video.
