Please help us find Koopa. April 30th 830am to 330pm we were not home. Neighbor stated he saw a Hispanic male 30/35 take him. He was doing maintenance in the area in a white Ford pickup truck. Possibly around 12. Cross streets are Baloc Farm and Fountain Hill. Meadow park neighborhood. Northeast side/kirby area. Any information is helpful. No questions asked.
