Pepper is a pitbull mix, black and white with streaks of brown on some of her legs. She’s about 70lbs and has a curly husky like tail, and pointy German shepherd ears. Last seen in the Western Addition neighborhood near Turk and Webster. She unfortunately doesn’t have her collar on.
