His like a blueish grey tone tiger stripes and white fur. One of his eyes has a cloudy mark. He is very timid, he will not come close and most likely run away. He most likely ran away from the balcony when the door was open. When he is scared he just hides. Please check your balconies to see if he ain’t hiding there.
