Lost American Shorthair in San Leandro

Park Street, 364, San Leandro

If anybody in Downtown San Leandro Area can keep a look out for my Cat he is an American Shorthair, tabby cat (brown/grey, with black stripes, white chin with long tail.) He snuck out after brushing fur.. So he does not have his collar on with his AirTag, no chip, and isn’t neutered yet. Has been gone since early Monday morning 01/12/2026. He responds to his name “baby boy” and “Baby boy. Please do not run towards him or be very loud when approaching him. He is very food motivated if that helps. Please send me a message with your number if he’s in your area or backyard.

Please Put the street and crosstreet, please. Go out tonight right now, after sunset, at 10- 3- 5am with a flashlight and a bag of cat treats, Walk the area where the cat is lost, calmly call the cat's name, and with the light, look under porches and decks, under vehicles,in their wheel wells, flash light on the undercarriage, hit,or slap the hoods, knock on bumpers, sometimes they hide in these spaces for warmth and safety, look in and around bushes and shrubbery,up trees,in between and behind buildings,in crawl spaces, under buildings, shine light on rooftops,on decks, on windowsills, fire escapes, step outs,in all these places, use the flashlight to look and expose the eye shine or reflection of the cat's eyes. Calmly call the cat's name, then shake treat bag. Do these actions in the neighborhood where kitty is lost every night between late night to right before dawn, 10 pm to 3-5 am. See full comment
