The dog and his owner WERE REUNITED. It looked like an australian shepherd. / border collie. Black and white. Saw this dog at the intersection of Lawrence Expy and Reed Ave an hour ago. Lots of people were posting about this dog on Nextdoor. I did the same. It looked like it might have been running from Evelyn Ave and Reed Ave toward Santa Clara. Very scared. Not approachable. Called animal control about an hour ago.
