Rose is still missing. She was taken from the Skyline community on Oct 11th and has never been away from me. She is 3yrs old and scared of men. Her hair changes from dark to light and back, and usually looks highlighted. Her daughter needs her mom and Rose wants to come home. She is absolutely adored and sincerely missed
