Longish hair black and white cat. Mostly black, with white splotch on its face. It fit the description of a cat on flyers around the neighborhood listing TAMSIN via the Pet FBI. I wish I could have gotten a picture, it (she?) slinked away too quickly. Looked reasonably healthy.
