He is a Tuxedo cat with a black scotch on his nose and a white splotch on his back near his shoulder blades. He’s kind of skittish at first but fairly friendly and he’s very playful. Welly went out on wednesday morning with a floral collar with a bell and my phone number etched into the buckle and didn’t return home.
