Lost bird, Roundhouse Court, 1308, Severn - mostly green, will not step up

She is a Green Quaker parrot. She is mostly green, with white feathers on her belly and blue flight feathers. She plucks, so feathers on her chest and around her neck are not great. She will not step up on a hand. Possibly onto a shoulder. She was on my shoulder and I wasn’t thinking and went outside. She flew off.
