Roscoe is a smooth coat light brown Chihuahua Male Dog. He has a mole on his top eyelid. Please help me locate him. Roscoe has never left home not to even chase a cat, bird, dog, or even a human. He is a barker but that is it. He is my Service Dog due to my disabilities. I truly believe he was taken off of my porch in the TURNROW APARTMENTS on Jernigan Road in Somerville. Please help him to return home safely.
