Phoebe is a black medium hair domestic cat she has an outgrown lions cut she is a female and skinny with green eyes, she has a little bit of white/grey hairs behind her ears and she is not wearing a collar. She slipped out of my house on July 4th at 3:20 AM I have looked everywhere around my area posted flyers and still have not seen her if anyone has her or has seen her please call me at 385-253-0221.
