Momma is a blonde Plott Hound weighing 40lbs. She is naturally skittish and terrified of everything and everyone so chances are she will not voluntarily approach anyone. She has on a purple collar with a hand-written tag that reads Momma. She is (at least was) wearing a solid bright red winter coat. She jumped out of my moving vehicle on Solar Ave at 4:40 pm Sunday February 8th.
