She may be wearing a collar with another name and phone number on it that was put on her by the people who took her to state college and then lost her. The collar is not a break away which worries me deeply. I don’t want to think of her getting stuck in the woods somewhere and not being able to break free. She is a beloved family member and her son is at home searching for her all day everyday thinking she is nearby. This is extremely heartbreaking for all of us.
