STATEN ISLAND, ARDEN HEIGHTS/ELTINGVILLE. She’s an indoor tortie cat with yellow eyes that ran under a neighbors’ fence during the night. She’s timid and skittish. She was spayed just recently so her belly was shaved and had visible markings from stitches.
