Luca is a brown reddish and white border collie. He is very fluffy and furry. He has a white collar of fur around his neck.He has Disney like eyes. He is very friendly and outgoing. He will chase a ball or stick to the end of the road. He is just really scared he got out while I was at work on Christmas Eve and we haven’t seen him since but there was a spotting today Near E. 40th St Portland around midnight
