Lost cat, East 142nd Avenue, 1925, University, Tampa - black, white and gray

Tinkerbell has, it's black, white and Gray. She has like a duck white spot on her back, she's an emotional support animal for my brother, that is a double amputee on his legs, has had 3 strokes and is blind and he's a veteran. She snuck out this morning past me at 6:30.In the morning , and there was a stray cat outside and she chased it and have not been able to locate her after she took off into the bushes on the side of the apartment please help
