He is a bully terrier (male) all black with white paws, we were walking and I accidentally dropped the retractable leash, it spooked him and he took off running dragging the leash. I found his leash around the corner (broken) but he was nowhere to be found. We've been searching daily for him. He is not chipped but was wearing a black harness and a blue and black collar with a tag with his name and contact info.
