Theo is mainly an indoor cat. I will let him outside sometimes to get fresh air and play. Friday night he jumped over the fence and never came back. He is a black and white tuxedo cat with 4 white paws. He is about 1 year old and is normally skittish of other people besides me and my fiancé. Please help!
