Update: We just found Casper is a white fluffy long hair with yellow eyes. He is very gentle and has a soft voice when he talks He wears a flea collar and a ombre color collar with a small multi-color tinted bell. He has last been seen on Aug. 27th on Long Beach Bay Dr. And Naples Bay Dr. In Sunterra area. He has been just moved to this area abt 2 months from Oregon. He must be scared and confused in this new place. We really miss him and worry about his safety.
