He is a 4-month-old Border Collie with black and white fur. He is shy but very friendly; when he gets very excited or scared, he pees. He loves having his belly rubbed—almost as soon as he sees you, he rolls over so you can pet his tummy. He escaped from the house through a gap in the yard and is not wearing a collar.
