UPDATE - Charlie has been found and is safe at his foster home. "Charlie" is a medium size black cattle dog mix. He was newly adopted from our foster care and shortly thereafter broke off his leash while he was with his new owner. I am devastated. Please call 520-780-0261 or 520-990-0313 if you see him. He has a traumatic past, is scared of new people, and will probably run if chased. Might be gently coaxed if you crouch down and offer a treat (he knows that word).
