Found an opening through a window screen at night/early morning. He is neutered and microchipped. White spot in chest, slight white underneath legs, salty look throughout body, and tattoo in ear signifying he is neutered. Could feel a bump on third eye area/bridge of nose, he had surgery to remove a cyst. Extremely friendly, probably timid and scared.
