Found dog, Clover Street, 23, Hampton, Virginia Beach - medium-sized, orange collar

Spotted lost dog on Clover St., Hampton, VA, 23669 at 4:50 PM. They are medium-sized, with brown short hair, a long dark brown tail and an orange collar. They seemed friendly so I called them over but they ran toward King St. They had an orange collar with presumably their name and owner’s contact info. I was not able to report them to animal control as they are out of the office until Monday. My phone number is (574) 326-7827.
