Brownie is brown and white. She is a very loving dog that likes to kiss you . She has been very sad since her sister died in July. She was in a kennel with doors locked but she crawled under the chain link wire on front kennel door . Her collar came off or was removed . I think she was removed by someone . Please help bring my baby back to me .
