Helping locate my friends missing dog - we think he might of been taken - To my understanding, my friend took his dog to the belvidere park to play soccer, got distracted on his phone and when he looked up his dog was nowhere to be found. His pet goes by the name of Paul and he is known for being obedient, friendly, not known to wonder off and was wearing a grey sweater.
