The dog ran to someones house and was crying at the door. We found another post 10-15 miles from where we found the dog. They posted last night. So not sure how the dog was loose again. So the dog is scared of storms, it was raining, so far no owner has contacted us regarding this sweet dog with a multi colored collar.
