Elke is a service dog for a service-connected, disabled veteran. A family member decided the veteran could not care for the dog and brought her to a "rescue" somewhere close to West Palm Beach. Elke is well-cared for, up to date on vaccinations and well fed. She is a purebred Black GSD. Her only distinguishing feature is a very small tuft of white hair on the Botton of her front paws. She is chipped as well
