Lucky is a neutered male cat that is mostly white but has distinctive orange markings on his face and sides. He has an all orange tail. He is a bit on the smaller/thinner side but is very active. He's 3 years old and has always been very strong. Also note that we tracked him via K9 to Loder Avenue in Wilmington on 3/2. We have no sightings since 3/2
