Per vet who issued rabies tag in Byron, GA the dog's name is Sawyer and he was brought to TN by friend of his deceased owner. Dog was found dragging a leash in Woodlawn, TN Sunday July 27th. Dog is black, white and brown, approximately 60 pounds, intact male.
