Ran away after car crashed on I-35 in Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma. Exit 64-66 going northbound Breed- Chihuahua mix Appearance- Brown and tan; 15 lbs, small bald spot on tail; brown eyes **DIABETIC!! Needs insulin!!** Friendly, but can be skittish upon approach. Friendly to people and small kids.
