Help Find Charlie: Timid Tabby Lost in Phoenix

Charlie is a 7 yr old unnutured male tabby cat. He's more tan and white than orange. He has a freckle on his nose. Very timid and has an unusual cry/meow. Last seen near Central and Thomas. This are is unfamiliar to him. Please help me bring him home.
