Winnie is a tri colored Merle, short haired border collie. He is 7 years old. His build is skinny and lanky. He has a white breast and white socks. He is our baby we have had him since 4 weeks old, he is terrified of storms, and friendly with people. He has cracked eyes, blue and brown both, in both eyes. I took him out to potty and he took off before I could put him on his run.
