Help Find Earnie: Black Cat with Blue Collar!

Earnie is a black cat with a small white patch on his chest and small white patches under his arms. He is wearing a light blue/teal collar with fish and a Dumb Friends League rabies tag on it. He is 1 year old and about 11 lbs with a low hanging stomach. He might be a little skittish but is a very sweet boy. Please help us find him!!
