Unique Cat Needs Help: Found on Divis Ave

Update: due to the cats health and the cold weather I turned the cat over to a cat rescue. Have since found out that the cat is a fixed maled, a senior, declawed, missing teeth, no microchip very vocal, it's meowing does not sound like other cats, has a big tongue, It's eyes are different colors depending on light. One time they were yellow now green. It's first week here it would not come out of box I leave on porch for another cat, Second week it came out but still ran, third week was falling over. I recognized the signs of being poisoned so I put vet detox charcoal in its water. Couple days later it was much better then it loved me. Now I can feel that it is extremely skinny. Wants to come inside but I don't trust one of our dogs. Seems to be having problems chewing dry food. Wanted to follow me to store so I gave it some hotdog(it's all I had) it loved that hot dog. Bought a couple cans of cat food to get some kind of nutrition, it really needs it.
