Lost Grey Cat with Notched Ear - Help Find Pearl!

Her name is Pearl, she is grey with yellow/green eyes. She has a notch out of one of her ears. I think she may have snuck out into our garage when we did not know and escaped from there. She has a seizure disorder that she needs care for so we are horribly worried. She also has an issue with her ears we give her medicine for as well. This cat is out world, we are devastated that we cannot find her. Please help me and my daughter find her and get her home.
