She’s a medium sized dog. Roughly 30 pounds. Black with white markings on chest. Her name is Delilah. She is wearing a purple teal ombre color with a tag on it but she probably won’t let you close enough to read it because she is skittish to strangers. Someone said they saw her about 3 hours ago in E Jasper St.
